The choice begins before the opening

The English 30th Celebration Battle Decks reached their announced October 30 launch. Rather than treating the arrival of that date as a new announcement, we followed the actual product page and its newly checked card images. Espeon ex's deck contains the Victini promo; Umbreon ex's contains Zeraora. That fixed pairing gives this release a different collecting story from a pack with an unknown outcome.

This time, it is a deck

The daylight side: Victini, MEP 102

The official English image visibly carries MEP EN and 102 along its lower edge. Victini makes a V-shaped gesture against bright clouds, with a Pikachu-shaped 30th anniversary mark on the right. The product description pairs this illustration rare-style promo with the Espeon ex deck. We use that original image here rather than a different Victini or another language edition. The official sample does not establish the condition or grading result of a physical copy.

The moonlit side: Zeraora, MEP 103

Zeraora stands beneath a moon and a deep blue sky. Its checked official English image carries MEP EN 103 and the anniversary mark. The corresponding product is the Umbreon ex deck. Place the two original images together and the visual contrast becomes the point: movement through bright air, or a poised figure in the night. Which mood belongs in your binder is a separate question from which card has the larger market reference value.

Fixed contents change the collecting question

The official contents list includes 60 foil cards, a deck box, a playmat and a coin. Someone who will play the deck can enjoy the full package; someone collecting one illustration may care first about which box contains it. Our interpretation is that this makes the desired artwork and the accessories you will actually use the useful starting point. An all-foil deck does not establish that every card is scarce or valuable. We have not converted the promo into a claim of 61 total cards, or supplied an unverified complete deck list.

Keep the observation date beside the numbers

The TCGIndex records checked October 31 show a US$48.62 market reference for Victini 102 and US$38.82 for Zeraora 103. Both are JustTCG references for English, Near Mint, Holofoil copies, observed October 30 at 08:28 UTC, or 17:28 in Korea. This article's date does not turn them into October 31 observations. They are neither a live in-stock asking price nor a verified completed sale, and Near Mint describes the reference's condition. Check the actual deck's price, stock and delivery separately. If a detail page labels its picture as a reference image, compare the number and anniversary mark against the official MEP images shown in this article. We have not added the two values together to calculate a box value or an opening return.

Which side would you keep?

The US English product's October 30 date does not establish a simultaneous Korean-language launch or stock at a Korean store. Check the language and included promo on the actual offer, then return to the two original images. Saving the exact Victini 102 or Zeraora 103 detail gives you a consistent identity to revisit. Official product information, card images and saved price records checked October 31, 2026; price observations remain dated October 30.
