How to read TCGIndex prices

Understand our sources, asking prices, averages, printing links and data limitations.

Data sources

Korean prices are public asking prices collected from KREAM. European prices come from Cardmarket public data. Missing prices are shown as unavailable, not zero.

Compare like price measures

An asking price is a seller's offer. Sales averages are source-provided period averages; trend price is a separate measure. Regular and foil prices, and KRW and EUR, are kept separate.

Printing identity and card links

A matching name alone does not establish an identical printing. Printed language, set, collector number, finish and edition must be checked. Unverified facts stay unverified. Related-card links do not guarantee identical printings.

Coverage and update times

Coverage is limited to available public source data, not all sellers or sales. Update timestamps use Korea Standard Time (KST). Check the seller for current checkout prices, availability and shipping.

EU price momentum

The score weights 1-day versus 7-day averages at 45%, 7-day versus 30-day averages at 30%, and trend versus 30-day average at 25%. Each rate is capped between -100% and +200%; baselines below €0.10 or missing positive prices are excluded. Cards with images are prioritized. This is not a day-over-day return.
