A second card, a different point of impact
The official Pokémon Card interview published November 6 introduces Tetsuo Hara’s second Pokémon card illustration: Japanese マキシの熱血, M7 113/078 SAR, featuring Crasher Wake. It follows Palafin ex SV8a 207/187 SAR. The Japanese title is retained here; an official English printing or localized release is not established by this announcement.
Swipe from the fist to the afterimages
Start with the first card’s extended fist, then follow the new illustration’s overlapping hands toward Wake’s face. These five panels put the two complete original cards in different visual contexts without repainting their artwork.

Why the pair works as a collection
Palafin’s fist seems to push through the lower edge. Wake instead gathers the eye around a larger face and a rhythm of hands. That is our visual reading of the two finished images. The appeal of collecting an illustrator is the chance to notice these choices at card scale: the same forceful line can direct attention in different ways. A shared artist credit does not make the pictures interchangeable.

The motion emerged during drawing
In the official interview, Hara describes moving toward a closer composition and increasing the hand afterimages while drawing. The result gives a still card a sequence-like rhythm. Our interpretation concerns the illustration, not an extra game mechanic, pull rate or forecast of demand.

November 27 belongs to the Japanese product
The official M7 Hadou Seeker page schedules the Japanese release for November 27, 2026: five random cards per pack, with a suggested tax-inclusive price of JPY 200. That is a pack price, not the value of this SAR. The interview also announces an original-art display beside Pokémon Center Mega Tokyo from November 30 through January 11, 2027. Neither source establishes an overseas release or a confirmed third Hara card.
Record the printing before the price
The images identify Japanese M7 113/078 SAR and Japanese SV8a 207/187 SAR. We did not verify a current JPY single-card quote for either exact printing, condition or grade. Listing prices, market references and completed sales therefore remain unverified, with no invented observation date. This article was checked November 9. TCGIndex search may show other languages or numbers; those amounts cannot price these copies. An exact Japanese TCGIndex detail connection remains unconfirmed.
