Keep five identifiers beside the name
Record the M6a set, full 137/103 number, Japanese language, artwork and finish, and the actual ungraded or graded status. Writing only 137 loses the denominator and set. The same illustration does not justify substituting an English card or another anniversary release; match the search result's language and product too.
