A familiar clash, framed for a Korean binder
Gold, lightning and a face-off between Luffy and Enel give Korean OPK-15 a clear visual hook. The Korean announcement appeared on November 6; we checked it on November 8. For an overseas collector, this is a chance to look beyond a box label and see how the Skypiea story becomes two distinct leaders and a pair of Secret Rare illustrations.

Korea gets a November 27 release date
The announced Korean release is November 27, 2026. Recommended retail prices are KRW 2,000 per six-card pack and KRW 48,000 per 24-pack box. The product lists 125 card types plus one DON!! type. These are sealed-product facts, rather than a price for a particular single or a promise about its pull rate. The date applies to this Korean product; it does not establish a simultaneous release in every language.

Enel OP15-058 starts with a different resource boundary
The purple Enel leader shown in the announcement has 5,000 power and five life. Its striking restriction is a six-card DON!! deck. Nearby Enel character previews also refer to that resource boundary. A collector can record the leader identity, color and full number; a player can begin by asking how a smaller resource ceiling changes the sequence of turns. Neither question requires a speculative singles price.

Luffy OP15-098 makes a different kind of choice
The yellow Monkey D. Luffy leader also shows 5,000 power and five life. Its text offers a choice involving the top card of your life when an opposing action removes a Skypiea character with sufficient original power. That gives the two leaders different identities within the same setting: Enel centers a resource boundary, while Luffy centers the crew and the next card in hand. Our comparison is a reading of the preview, rather than a tournament verdict.

The same duel can occupy two different binder slots
The Secret Rare pair shown is Enel OP15-118 and Monkey D. Luffy OP15-119. Their illustrations let the confrontation carry across the binder. The collecting decision still happens at printing level: a familiar name or shared number does not erase a different parallel illustration. The announcement establishes parallel versions, but does not establish specific pull odds or a guaranteed art variant. Sealed MSRP cannot fill that missing information.

Another Luffy—or a welcome return to Skypiea?
An earlier overseas OP15 reveal discussion contains both fatigue about repeated Luffy leaders and enthusiasm for the Skypiea setting. That contrast is useful: the same new card can mean something different to different collectors. This archived conversation predates the Korean announcement; it is not a survey of current Korean demand. We found no verified search-volume surge or price movement to attach to this release.
Start with the leaders, then build the story
One binder idea is to introduce the opposing leaders first, then let the battle illustrations follow. That is an editorial collecting suggestion, not a forecast of demand or appreciation. We have not verified an exact Korean singles quote or detail mapping for these new previews in TCGIndex, so no other-language price has been substituted. When recording a physical copy, keep its full number, language and finish together. Which leader would open your page?
