A captain, then a new world in pack ten
Late in OmeX’s November 7 video, Opening a $500 Star Trek Collector Booster Box, the on-screen counter reads 10/12. At 7:50 Captain Kathryn Janeway appears; at 7:55 a red landscape follows. We chose this adjacent pair because the same LCARS visual language takes two very different collecting forms. This is a closer look at those verified moments, rather than a claim to catalogue every pull in the box.

The $500 belongs to the creator’s framing
The title and Goal overlay supply the creator’s stated box cost and target. We did not verify that as MSRP or a universal retail price. The description separately marks 2:35–3:27 as a sponsored segment, so a card demonstrated in that app segment is not treated as a pull. Wizards lists November 6–12 for prerelease and November 13 for the global tabletop release. That distinction matters when an early opening and a general release date appear in the same week.

Captain Kathryn Janeway: LCARS, TRK 386
The cup, portrait, green LCARS frame and printed 0386 match Captain Kathryn Janeway, English TRK 386, Mythic. We did not establish the physical copy’s nonfoil versus traditional-foil finish from this scene, nor its condition or grade. TCGIndex stores a separate US reference for English Near Mint Normal at USD 16.46, supplied through JustTCG/TCGplayer and observed November 7 at 03:20 UTC. It is not a confirmed quote for the copy on screen or a newly observed November 8 sale.

Sacred Foundry: LCARS surge foil, TRK 495
At 7:55, the red landscape, LCARS treatment and printed 0495 identify Sacred Foundry TRK 495: an English Rare Mountain Plains shock land in surge foil. Wizards describes surge-foil LCARS shock lands as Collector Booster exclusives. The exact 495 record in TCGIndex has no verified quote. A price from a regular card or a different LCARS number would answer a different question, so we leave this printing unpriced. The physical copy’s condition and grade remain unverified. Older RVR or GTC references visible on the detail page are other editions, not current quotes for TRK 495.

A changing return counter is not a current quote
The source pixels retain Return 359 in the Janeway moment and Return 509 in the following land scene. Those figures belong to the creator’s running estimate. Their difference does not independently establish today’s price of the land, a realized profit or a box expected value. Identification is only the beginning: finish, condition, source and observation date still have to line up. The collecting appeal here is visual as well as technical—a familiar captain gives way to an unfamiliar world inside one coherent frame.

Follow the printing, then save the copy you own
Would you choose the captain or the new world for a binder page? Follow either TCGIndex detail record to compare the full number and available observation conditions, then save the language and finish of your own copy. The original opening is linked to OmeX’s channel. This is independent editorial commentary, with no implied collaboration or endorsement from the creator.
