Riftbound Radiance Ultimate Rare: what does 0.025% actually mean?
Riot's print-run average is not a promise that a particular pack, box or case contains an Ultimate Rare.

The announced rate
Riot's Radiance overview says an Ultimate Rare appears in approximately 0.025% of booster packs across the entire print run. That is roughly one per 4,000 packs as a simple ratio, not a guarantee that opening 4,000 particular packs will produce one. Packs are randomized during manufacturing.
No box guarantee
Riot explicitly says no pack, box or case guarantees an Ultimate Rare. A pack can contain at most one. Do not treat the print-run average as a guaranteed pull rate for your purchase or as a return-on-investment calculation.
Rarity is not a sale price
The scheduled Radiance release is October 23, 2026. A rarity announcement alone cannot price an unreleased single. Wait for the exact card image, number and printing, then check a clearly labelled listing or sale measure rather than attaching another card's price.
