Card story
Six familiar leaders, one very different collection
The BASE SHOP collection is resurfacing in searches. Check the original release and the artwork before selecting a matching card.

A search spike does not reset the release date
In our October 11 check of Google Trends’ worldwide past-month comparison, BASE SHOP Limited Card Collection vol.1 appeared among rising One Piece queries. Its official product page gives a December 5, 2025 release date. It is worth revisiting, but this is not a new October release announcement. Naver DataLab’s separate Korean-keyword comparison was led by Pokémon cards; it also included One Piece. These are relative search signals, not sales counts or evidence of price appreciation.
Six leaders, rather than a random booster
The official contents are Luffy ST21-001, Enel OP05-098, Perona OP08-021, Chopper OP08-001, Sugar OP10-003 and Usopp OP10-042. The collection features close-ups of their surprised faces. Save the full product name and volume instead of treating an OP-prefixed card number as the identity of a booster box.
Use ST21-001 to narrow the search, then inspect the art
Bandai’s Japanese card search shows ST21-001 under both the Gear 5 starter deck and the BASE SHOP collection, with different artwork. Our October 11 live catalogue check also found separate English Gear 5 regular and parallel entries, a Learn Together Deck Set entry and an ST-31 entry with that number. Those English records do not identify the Japanese BASE SHOP printing. Compare printed language, front artwork, finish and product attribution before choosing a price reference.
Availability and value need their own checks
A release date and contents list do not establish today’s stock or purchase conditions. Consult current official-store guidance before a visit, and inspect actual photographs when considering a resale listing. We have not verified a current trading price for this BASE SHOP printing and do not substitute a different ST21-001 listing’s price.
